I am a Clinical Psychologist, Advanced Schema Therapist & Supervisor (Individual) (ISST), EMDR Practitioner (EMDRAA), and Board Approved Supervisor (AHPRA)

I primarily use Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitation and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches are based on the idea that we can address current difficulties (e.g., unhelpful thoughts, behaviours, and relationship patterns) by healing and processing difficult memories and childhood experiences. I am a good fit for people seeking to do deep and long-term work (weekly or fortnightly sessions over several years).

I am also available for supervison.

In addition to clinical work, I contribute to mental health research at Deakin University and MCRI, and supervise postgraduate psychology students at the Australian Catholic University.

I do not see clients through third parties (e.g., Workcover, NDIS), solely for the purposes of assessment, or do court reports.
