Pam Pilkington B Sc (Psych) (Hons) BA MPsych (Clin) PhD MAPS

I am a clinical psychologist focused on helping clients relate to themselves with kindness and empathy. I have a particular interest in Schema Therapy and helping people change patterns of behaviour and thinking that developed in childhood.

I have worked in a range of inpatient and outpatient settings, including private practice, public and private hospitals, a university counselling clinic, and a drug and alcohol service.

As part of my PhD I created Partners to Parents, a website to help new and expectant parents reduce their chance of experiencing mood problems. In addition to clinical work, I provide research supervision to students competing Honours and Masters in psychology at the Australian Catholic University.

I am registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and Medicare as a Clinical Psychologist.
